Omega Machine & Tool, Inc. is pleased to announce the 5L40E transmission bushing kit. Part number 98500. The kit comes complete with

1 Reverse Drum bushing
1 Clutch Drum bushing
1 Planetary bushing
1 Output Pilot bushing
2 Direct Drum bushings
1 Forward drum bushing
1 Pump/Converter bushing
1 Front Stator bushing

We also have a special set of drivers to help install this kit.

There are two additional bushings for the planetary gear that are included in a separate kit, part # 98502. The reason for this is that we have found most people are not replacing the inner planetary bushing because of the difficulty in doing so. Rather than having "extra" bushings left over we've left them out.
